Easy Returns

We are proud of our Atocha collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Atocha furniture and upholstery is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your furniture order within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Atocha will replace or refund your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. For all other items, we will replace or refund your purchase for up to one year if you are not completely satisfied.

Returns are easy. You can send an e-mail explaining the reason for a refund or replacement and we will call you and answer your email for pick up and exchange. Any item can also be returned at any of our Atocha stores. If you return your items to a Atocha Store, please provide the original invoice confirmation for merchandise credit or refund.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.

If you do not have your original invoice, please send an email letter or fax with your merchandise that includes the following information:

- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Item Description/Name
- Reason for Return
- Action to be taken upon return
